Again, I love this game, and its difficulty, I just wish that it raised itself in a better fashion later on.
This is starting to drain a lot of the fun out of this wonderful game for me, and it is looking attractive to just restart my file whenever I have a roster of mostly lvl 5-6 heros.ĭoes anyone else feel like the difficulty could be increased in a better way other than just making everytihng have dramatically more HP, dodge, and damage? I felt like a good way Red Hook could do it would be by doing that in a less extensive manner, but also having slowly more threatening enemy types appear (kinda like Xcom). Even with a full group of Lvl 6 Heros with high level skills, weapons, and trinkets, I feel like I am just significantly less powerful in the later stages of the game. However I have been finding myself getting irritated at the champion level quests. I find the difficulty to be tough but fair, and usually if something goes wrong it was something you could have prevented with proper planning (there will always be those runs where your ♥♥♥♥ gets wrecked but eh, part of the fun). When I first bought it a few weeks ago I played nothing else for a whole week.
